If you use agile methodology a Retrospective meeting might be a good way to implement this among members of the software team.
The retrospective meeting is a meeting at the end of an Agile Planning Cycle (Sprint) where the members of a development team come together and review how they worked as a unit over the past period. This allows them to identify any areas where they could improve their teamwork and communication. By doing this on a regular basis, teams can foster better synergy and avoid any potential issues down the road.
